Edition 12 will run February 22- May 3, 2026 with platform access through July 12, 2026. Develop an in-depth understanding of foundational structure for refinement, strength and flexibility in wet felting based on the concept of space for the wool filaments to move and the direction of encouragement by the maker. Multi-dimensional form will be constructed through connecting solid forms, 2D planes and a variety of felt encased objects within one continuous felt skin and by employing strong clasping/hinging mechanisms. Though needle felting will occasionally be employed this is a wet felting course. Demonstrated module studies are meant to be repeated, modified and uniquely coalesced to become pathways to approach your ideas and visions through two instructor supported projects via zoom design meetings midway and at the end of this 10 week course.
