Felt Matters is the journal of the IFA and its members
Felt Matters is available in print or digitally, depending on Membership Level. This quality journal, which has forty full colour pages, is published 4 times per year, in March, June, September and December.
The content and style is largely thanks to the new editor, Moira Simpson, and designer, Caed Parker, who continually strive for improvements. They are supported by the editorial team. By focussing on a theme for each issue, we feature some of the best felt artists in their field plus many up and coming felt makers.
As such, Felt Matters aspires to share the voice and works of felt makers throughout the world, and includes:

Can I submit articles for Felt Matters?
The editor welcomes submissions from both members and non-members. Contact the editorial team with your outline to receive the guidelines for contributors. Editorial deadlines are 1st of January, April, July and October.
Can I buy back copies?
Those back issues that are still in print are available from the shop.
Is there an option to receive a digital copy?
A digital version is included quarterly as part of online membership. Digital back issues dating back to 1986 (including the original journal, Echoes) are available to all members here.
When will I receive my copy?
This is determined by your membership status on the 5th of the month preceding publication.
