Artwork One

Title: Autumn on the Ullswater Way

Materials and Techniques: Wet felting and needle felting

Inspiration: The Lake District National Park World Heritage Site category is ‘Cultural Landscape’ representing: "the combined works of nature and man.” On the Ullswater Way the connections between the natural and manmade are everywhere. The locks from a neighbouring farm I dyed for the trees represent a millennium of farming here

Artwork Two
