Title: Changing Seasons, Lasting Rings

Materials and Techniques: Wet felted wool and silk, Needle felted wool over a wire armature

Inspiration: This tree changing seasons, mounted on a background of the tree’s internal rings, is a metaphor for “time,” illustrating its linear progression and cyclical nature. The changing seasons are an external symbol of time passing, the rings indicate internal growth, offering a natural diary of life, resilience, and history.
