I am a fibre artist & tutor working with wonderful fibres. I support, & enjoy seeing, others flourish & relax, by exploring the enchantment of feltmaking. I continue to be excited by its endless possibilities of colour, texture, shape & play(time) & seeing the Aha! moment in others.I create fibre art, primarily through the process of felt making, to satisfy my own passion. I get together with people of all ages & abilities to share the magical outcomes. I collaborate with the groups to produce relevant, themed & socially engaging activities to enable a participant to complete their own artwork.
I deliver training that is bespoke to the participants’ needs with an emphasis on supported learning, encouragement & relaxation (or realisation). My practice is a blend of my years of experience, knowledge & theory from the creative & health sectors.I do this because I love everything about it! Feltmaking creates beautiful things & helps my/our health & wellbeing. It’s an opportunity to learn or improve our creative & social skills.
