A friend introduced me to wet felting in Oct '24 & I haven't really stopped since! I lean towards functional items (bowls/vases, purses & bags etc) & I love flowers. When the resist is ready to come out, & it begins to take a 3D shape, is probably my favourite moment in the whole process.
With a full-time job, feltings a hobby, Renting a flat means limited space so I use fold up tables. What started near the kitchen sink, has now moved to the lounge (practised enough to stop dripping water everywhere & needed more space for bigger projects!)
I've always loved art & crafts but wool has won me over. Colour therapy, mindfulness & clean hands ✨️
