St. Petersburg will host the VIII International Exhibition of art-felt New life of traditions. This is a unique specialised exhibition project which annually unites feltmakers, designers, felt artists and many fans of felt art from different cities of Russia and countries near and far abroad.
Exhibition New life of traditions brings together artists of different felting styles. Every exhibition is a creative challenge, contest, unlimited field for creativity. During its existence the exhibition has become the start of many names, known in the felt community, and has earned the right to be considered one of the most anticipated and exciting events in the world of felt.
I’m glad to invite you to participate in the thematic exposition Formula of love. This year we decided to make the most beautiful of feelings inspiring poets, musicians and artists of main theme of the exhibition. The masters creating scenic murals, paintings, sculptures and mysterious art objects are invited to participate in the thematic exhibition.
Also masters can participate in the special project My soul is full of warmth and light – exposition of felt lamps that will illuminate on the opening day.
