Join Nadia Rein for a hands-on Felting Accessories workshop at Charnwood Museum, exploring the expressive possibilities of wet felting with resist.
This creative session is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced feltmakers. You’ll be guided step by step through the wet felting process, learning how to use a resist to shape and control your felt, and how to build colour, texture, and surface interest.
During the workshop, you will:
Learn the basics of wet felting and the resist technique
Explore colour blending and fibre placement
Create a unique felted accessory (such as a brooch or pendant)
Gain skills you can use and develop in future felt projects
All materials and tools are provided. Just bring your curiosity and enjoy a relaxed, creative morning of making, learning, and experimenting with wool.
