DESCRIPTION:The 2025 Embracing Wool exhibition ‘Creative Landscapes’ at Scampston Hall Walled Garden. The exhibition along with 4 new pre-bookable workshops runs from the 4th to 8th June 2025.\nEntry to the exhibition is FREE\, just tell the ticket office you are visiting the Embracing Wool Exhibition . SUMMARY:Embracing Wool
DESCRIPTION:Embracing Wool are a group of independent textile artists who all work primarily with wool.\nWe are returning to Scampston Hall Walled Garden for our 2024 summer exhibition ‘Embracing the Garden’\n2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the refurbishment of the gardens. The award-winning Walled Garden is a beautiful\, contemporary garden\, designed by the much admired Dutch landscape designer Piet Oudolf\, it is well worth a visit! \nThe exhibition runs from 14th to 18th August 2024 10am to 5pm. Artists will be in attendance during the week. Please contact an artist directly to confirm they will be in attendance the day of your visit.\nThe exhibition is FREE for visitors. If you would like to view the walled garden a ticket will need to be purchased at the gate.\nThere will be artwork\, couture and wool related supplies for sale along with a series of mini workshops by our artists.
