DESCRIPTION:Learn the principals of origami felt with Mandy Nash at a Region 9 IFA meeting. You will experiment in paper\, then felt to make samples to understand the technique. During the workshop you will make a small dish. The workshop will equip you with the skills needed to work on more advanced origami felt projects in the future. Please contact Emma if you would like to book a workshop place. A material list is available on booking. Tgis workshop is open to everyone\, including IFA and non IFA members. Some prior felt making experince is useful.

The idea of these days is to meet up with fellow members\, to support one another in a collegiate workshop environment\, participate on the days theme\, answer felting queries\, work on your own project and make new friends with a shared interest! You never know we may even hatch exciting ideas togteher for future activities…. \nWe are holding the meetings at Cutting Edge Studio\, Malvern\, WR13 6NN which is is in easy reach of the M50 with plenty of parking space / 10 minutes by taxi from Great Malvern station. We will be asking for a nominal attendance fee to contribute to the venue cost and light refreshments. Asking £10 per person if we have 5 people or less and £5 when 8 or more attend. \nPlease let  Emma at region9rc@icloud.com if you would like to attend any of the upcoming sessions.
