We’re standing
“We’re Standing” is created from many small felt pieces all created from a single, long felted coil. The coil is cut and put together in a multiple directions. This reveals the inner colours of each piece which is always unique. Much like humanity, each piece is reconnected to the others in it’s new format as while supporting each other to stand firm and tall.

Watching Afar- Dusk
Inspired by the skyline of Vancouver and it’s reflection in the water surrounding the city, “Watching Afar- dawn” and “Watching Afar- dusk” explore the lights and colours of the city at different times of dawn and dusk. The subtle shifts in hues and forms which result from the ever changing atmosphere are captured in these two pieces via hand felted wool.
