SUMMARY:Mountain and Valley Fiber Arts Festival
DESCRIPTION:The 43rd annual  Mountain and Valley Wool Association Festival. \nA two-day festival celebrating all things fibre.\nJuried vendors offering fleeces\, natural fibers\, supplies and tools\, kits\, yarns\, clothing\, and art\, other finished fiber items – all hand-made\, no imports or resale!\nFamily activities: animal encounters (sheep\, llamas\, alpacas\, yaks)\, free demonstrations\, contests\, yarn bombing\, silent auction\, fleece show and sale\,\nFood\, live music.. \nAll in the beautiful year-round resort town of Durango with its historic downtown\, river\, scenery\, outdoor activities\, art\, restaurants\, coffee shops\, and independent shops. \nAdmission and on site parking are free\, and there’s a wide range of nearby accommodation. \nA variety of workshops run from the preceding Thursday through the Sunday morning\, taught by accomplished instructors from across the country.
