DESCRIPTION:During this workshop\, participants experiment with Bergschaf wool batts to create a colourful flat sample using the ‘Slash /Reveal’ technique.\nSuitable for those with some felting experience\, I demonstrate the technique so participants can make along with me\, experimenting with Bergschaf wool batts to create a colourful slashed piece.  This wool felts easily but is much stronger than merino wool so is ideal for slashing and creating sculptural work. Therefore\, I chose to offer a demonstration where I explained three different pleating techniques and how to apply them to make scarves.
