SUMMARY:Online\, DIVERSITY – discovering new species in felt\, Dagmar Binder
DESCRIPTION:Choosing one specific approach to a felting project\, we often don’t notice how many other ways we could have gone from this point and come to different\, often surprising results.\nThis crucial moment implies an incredible potential for new discoveries\, creative solutions and a rich source for learning more about the material and techniques we are using.\nIn this workshop we will take off for an exiting expedition: we will use only one set of resists and explore a variety of ways to develop felt objects from this starting point. Playing with changing positions\, different ways of cutting\, shrinking\, deformation etc. we will dive into the amazing creative potential of felting.\nThe techniques used in this workshop can later be applied to various designs\, fine art\, decorative or wearable objects. \nThere are 3 groups available\, suitable for different time zones. Each one meets on 2 days: \nGr. 1	April 11/12\, 2024 in English 08-11 a.m. (Berlin time = suitable for Europe\, Australia/NZ)\nGr. 2        13./14. April 2024 in Deutsch 10-13 h\nGr. 3	April 13/14\, 2024 in English 06-09 p.m. (Berlin time = suitable for Europe\, America)
