Marjolaine Arsenault is a fiber artist fascinated by the creative process of making seamless nuno felt garments. Her work is influenced by her love of gardening and the interpretations of natural elements. Composition, color harmony and texture are integral to every creation. Nuno wet felting technique invites the imagination to paint with wool, silk and other fibers to create unique pieces of wearable art. She has taught internationally and sold her wares at national juried shows for the past ten years. Her awards include the Collector’s Award at the Palm Beach Fine Craft Show, USA and the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Chicago Botanical Garden Craft Show, USA. Her collection was presented in the Electric City Fashion Shows, Saratoga Springs, NY in 2016 and 2017. Worldwide Colors of Felt and Fiber Art Now Magazine have featured her garments.
