I live in a Hampshire village surrounded by wildlife, so it's not surprising I use them as subjects for my needle felt sculptures. Most popular are hares, hedgehogs and garden birds - but I'm a sucker for hummingbirds although have never actually seen one locally! I totally fell in love with needle felting after attending workshop with my sister, I've learned from some excellent tutor and in 2020 lockdown learned to 'paint with wool' and create 2D dog portraits. My own little dog is my favourite subject.
