I am an artist, felt maker and designer. I studied fine art at Plymouth University. During my time at university I explored print making techniques and photography. These disciplines helped me to visualise various layers superimposed within photographs or prints. Interpretation of images emanating from layers is a complex process which lead me to study sculpture and needle felting.
I am fascinated with the limitless textures of felted items and embellishments. There are no boundaries within felt making . The creative processes are immeasurable and energise the making.
