Professor Emerita, University of Washington, Seattle, I began felt making in 1972 and continued to produce small and large scale felt work for over three decades. My work was included in museum and gallery exhibitions as well as commissioned for public and private venues. Present work incorporates mixed textile media and extensive use of plant based colors as dyes and studio-made pigments. Workshops in all aspects of natural dyeing in my studio in Snohomish, Washington, and by invitation throughout the world.
