Artwork 1: The Mercurial Hatter 
Kaleidoscope mix of hair colours & potential changes (of mind or mood) due to mercury poisoning among 19th century hatmakers as mercurious nitrate was used in curing felt.

Corriedale / Wensleydale wool, needle felted

A familiar figure fractured & re-presented proudly wearing bold colour & curls.
