Kaleidoscope | Online Exhibition 2020

Artwork 1: Reef Knot
Coral reefs are a kaleidoscope of vibrancy and colour; they also manifest a sinister kaleidoscope of causes and effects. These are reversible processes if we have both the political will and the individual capacity to change.

Materials and Techniques.

Wet felted merino wool, worked around multiple resists with the addition of silks, cocoons, yarns, wire and found objects. 

Artwork 2: Gloeilampen Frabriek 
Light is a colourless wave until it meets the prisms of nature which beautifully elucidates the shapes and patterns around us.

Wet felted merino wool, worked around the recycled light bulb.
