OUTSIDE IN : INSIDE OUT
Learn a wet felting technique whereby the decoration on the outside becomes the inside and the inside becomes the outside. We will create a piece of 3d felt of an organic shape that is sculptural which can be made into a wall piece by framing or mounting. Full description on my website.
