Felt Art Workshop
April 25 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm£60
This popular workshop allows you to experiment with surface colour and texture and create a piece of felt art for your wall. I supply a whole range of colourful merino wool, lots of different natural coloured British wool plus yarns, silks, textiles, prefelts and other goodies for you to use whilst whilst creating your piece of art. Working from images you bring, or directly from your imagination I will support you to build your piece of art. You are welcome to make one larger piece or several small pieces if you want to try exploring different design options. This workshop is excellent for beginners starting out on their feltmaking adventure or for those who want to continue their journey through experimentation and exploration.
Workshop prices include all materials and equipment. When teaching specific techniques I also provide post-workshop notes for you to take home to remind you of the processes you learn.
All you will need to bring is your lunch, two towels and a plastic bag to take your creations home. I supply a range of hot drinks and the all important biscuits.
The venue is St Edmunds Community Hall, Glastonbury and each workshop runs from 10.00 am – 4.00pm.
Booking is essential – do contact me with any queries. An information and booking form can be downloaded from my website www.jennieloader.co.uk or contact me.
Full day workshops are not recommended for those under 14 years old. Maximum class size is 8 students.
