Exhibition at Croome Court
May 1 @ 9:00 am - December 19 @ 5:00 pmFree to members of the National Trust, normal entry fee otherwise
Cheryl Cracknell (coordinator, region 9) and other textile artists, including feltmakers are exhibiting at Croome court , a National Trust property in Worcestershire. The exhibition is titled’ Radical Landscapes’, as an homage to the radical changes engineered by ‘Capability’ Brown. Croome Court was the first to be designed and landscaped by ‘Capability’ Brown. We have an installation in one room as a sitting room and have designed and made a bedcover in another room on an original four poster bed. Grayson Perry is also exhibiting at the same time.
The image below is of one room, lady Coventry’s boudoir ,which we decorated with an intimate installation on the landscape theme.
