Lichen I

I interpret the theme “Your view” as “My view”. And my view is towards everything surrounded by me - endless combinations of colours, textures and surfaces found in nature. Also, our view is always a focus point – you see and notice things important to you. In this case – this is my view from my studio window focusing the lichen on the trees surrounding me.

Extra fine merino wool, hand dyed silk chiffon, margilan silk, rust dyed silk.
