One of the benefits of being a member of the IFA is that all members are entitled to submit photos for the Members' Gallery. All you have to do is follow the three steps below and ensure you read and accept the terms and conditions.

1. Members who wish to submit photos should go to the IFA shop and pay the £5 fee to cover administration. We regret submissions will not be considered unless the fee has been paid.
2. Then submit no more than 3 images (no larger than 800 x 800 pixels) plus a description of techniques and materials used; this description must not be more than 30 words. Contact information may be added after the description.

Submission of images to the gallery indicates your acceptance of the following:

1. The IFA reserves the right to refuse a submission.
2. The £5 administration fee applies to each entry. Therefore if a member pays to submit an entry in one calendar year and then wishes to submit a further entry the following calendar year they must pay another administration fee to cover the new submission.
3. Members must be paid up members at the time they submit an entry.
4. Only one entry per member per calendar year is permitted.
5. Submissions must be the work of the member submitting the gallery entry.
6. Entries that include descriptions of over 30 words will be edited. This will be simply done by cutting text from the 31st word onwards. Therefore you are advised to carefully check the number of words in your description does not exceed 30 before you submit it.
7. Contact information does not count towards the 30 word limit and may only be one of the following
   - a weblink (preferred)
   - an email addresss
   - a telephone number
   Postal addresses will be removed from submissions.
