Please could you tell me how I could attach felt pictures to mounting board so that I can frame them under glass. I have pictures of various sizes ranging from 3'x1' to A3 size. Is there a glue or Spray I could use which would be strong enough but will not harm the felt. Some of my pictures are see through in places, others approx. 4/5 mm thick.

Hi

I have pierced the mountboard at regular intervals and stitched lightly without the wool/thread coming through to the front of the felt. The back of the mount is not visible when framed and the work is firmly attached.

I also often use conservation mountboard.

Happy felting

I use carpet tape to hold large thick felt and thread looped through from the back for lightweight pieces.
