Feltrosa ia a yearly meeting of feltmakers promoted by Coordinamento Tessitori. This year it is being held in Prato, Italy (near Florence) and will include

• Eight workshops to choose from
• the AGM of the International Feltmakers Association
• the international touring exhibition "The Climate is Changing!"
• An additional six 2/3 day workshops after the conference

The fifth edition of Feltrosa Conference will be truly international, the annual convention of the Italian feltmakers will additionally host the AGM of the IFA and an important international exhibition at the Textile Museum of Prato.

It will be an international spotlight on Italian felt and its artists - not yet sufficiently well known internationally but certainly very active and creative.

There will be workshops conducted by internationally renowned tutors, visits to the textile heritage of Prato, a city where wool industry started in the middle ages. Delegates could also visit the city, rich in works of Renaissance art and take advantage of proximity to Florence - only 17 km away!.
